The Relationship Alliance is flexible in our approach to working with our clients.  Because of the holistic nature of relationship marketing we do not try and pigeon hole what we do into one of the many “specialist boxes” talked about in the marketing profession.  Within the realm of relationship marketing we have tailored the way we deliver our scope of services to meet the business needs of our clients.  Here are just some of the services we are currently providing to our clients, all of which revolve around the focus of our business—RELATIONSHIP MARKETING.

 

Outsourced Marketing Director

We act as Marketing Director for some of our clients.  Sitting in as part of their management team, driving the marketing operations of their business and managing their internal marketing team.  But at the same time retaining our independence and objective, strategic, external point of view.

Strategic Marketing Advisor

One step removed from an internal marketing resource, we sit alongside our clients senior marketing staff.  Providing on going strategic marketing advice, participating in planning and development, but stopping short of involvement in implementation.

Relationship Marketing Planning

Perhaps the most all encompassing of our services!  Relationship marketing is a highly specialised discipline, bringing together all the traditional marketing disciplines, focussing on changing stakeholder behaviour in order to achieve the desired outcomes.  It’s about creating, strengthening and developing stakeholder relationships using the right channels of communication for each purpose.  Perhaps the most common face of relationship marketing is a loyalty programme.

Unique Relationship Marketing Research

We have developed a unique range of relationship marketing research techniques which have been designed to help understand what DRIVES stakeholder relationships, what VALUES stakeholders are deriving from their relationships and how marketing activities will help IMPROVE relationships.

Measurement and Analysis

Pre– campaign business case evaluation and post campaign results analysis are both essential components of today’s marketing armoury.  We have developed some measurement matrices for our clients that enable them to determine if their quantitative objectives are reasonable before going ahead with a programme.  And then to keep careful track of the outcomes achieved throughout the programme to a final campaign evaluation (qualitative and quantitative).

Training

Because our team are all highly respected individuals in their various fields of experience, we have provided some of our clients with training for their key team members in a wide range of activities from presentation skills, business development, sales process planning, media skills and much more.

Management/Executive Think Tank Facilitation

Working with an external facilitator at an internal strategy session usually generates a more objective outcome, one less influenced by internal agendas.  The Relationship Alliance has facilitated a number of senior management and marketing team workshops that have generated far reaching and innovative outcomes—beyond the expectations of our clients!

 

… and many other assignments.  We have even sat in on client’s agency evaluation panels!
